Returns & Exchanges

At Vinnies Online Op Shop, we want you to love your pre-loved treasures, but if a purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for most items. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition as described at the time of sale to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and provide your order details.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send your return to our processing center using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
